AUO Corporation ("AUO" or the "Company") (TWSE: 2409) today announced its unaudited consolidated revenue of NT$20.51 billion for March 2020(1), up by 16.0% month-over-month and down by 15.9% year-over-year. Consolidated revenues in the first quarter of 2020 were NT$53.69 billion, down by 13.4% quarter-over-quarter and 19.5% year-over-year.

Shipments of large-sized panels(2) for LCD TV, desktop monitor, notebook PC, and other applications exceeded 8.73 million units in March 2020, up by 15.6% month-over-month. As for small-and-medium-sized panels, the shipments were around 11.82 million units, up by 30.2% month-over-month.

In the first quarter of 2020, large-sized panel shipments totaled around 22.42 million units, down by 15.5% quarter-over-quarter and 13.3% year-over-year. Shipments of small-and-medium-sized panels in the same quarter were around 29.52 million units, down by 21.2% quarter-over-quarter and up by 18.3% year-over-year.
